1. Data Controller

The data controller is Tradist Capital Yapay Zeka Sistemleri Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("Company"), located at Marmara Teknopark, Başıbüyük Mah., Maltepe / Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Personal Data Processed

Only the following data are processed, via the contact form on this website:

• Full name
• Corporate email address
• Organization name and sector
• The free-text message you submit

This site performs no cookie-based tracking, analytics or profiling beyond this (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

The data above are processed to respond to your meeting request, perform a preliminary assessment of the requested service and communicate with you, on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2(c) (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).

4. Transfers

Form data are delivered to the Company's email account via the FormSubmit relay service; in transit they may pass through service providers with servers abroad (FormSubmit, Google). Your data are not otherwise shared with third parties, not sold, and not used for marketing.

5. Retention

Data relating to a meeting request are retained for a reasonable period after the request is concluded — or, if a contractual relationship is established, for the statutory limitation periods — and are then deleted.

6. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information, to learn the purpose and whether data are used accordingly, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request restriction of processing, and to claim compensation for damages.
